This cap activates the suction function on all your VacuGlide tubes. It releases with a firm pull and clicks into place. It's interchangeable with all different stroker tube sizes. The silicone nipple is permanently attached to the top of this cap and also comes with a single gray silicone insert that helps regulate pressure.
